We went because we needed comfortable shoes but we left more than happy. The women at this store were so sweet. They helped us find what we needed and were absolutely wonderful!! If you need some crocs, I highly recommend them. Go check them out!!

I had purchased a few pairs ( more than 6) for my families. I need to change the size and colors. I went to Ingram location and I had no help. They don’t try to work with me and treated me really bad. Not friendly at all. I was ready to return all of them. I decided to call Northstar location. The manager Lupe has been more than wonderful. She said she would tried her best to help me and guess what guys she DID!!! She exchanged all the pairs I needed. She kept her words and she understand customer service to the T!! I was so impressed. Eddie is another sale associated on the floor. He is down to earth and very helpful. Everyone at Northstar location had offered me help and greet me. Everyone was very friendly even the young lady with long dark hair at the register ( I am so sorry I didn’t get your name) Lupe the store manager turned my Croc shopping experience around that is for sure. I was ready to just never shop here ever again after how they treated me at Ingram location. I wasn’t even being rude to them. Lupe I will come back to shop at your store again. Thank you 🙏🏼 once again for everything!!! If you guys want to go in the store to shop, I highly recommend Northstar location! I only experienced great customer services there. They did something right that is for sure.

Today I had an amazing experience at the Crocs store in San Antonio North Star Mall thanks to Janice! Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive while helping me try on different sizes and styles to find the perfect fit. Janice also took the time to explain the store’s text message reward program clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across such genuine and helpful service these days—thank you, Janice and the rest of the staff including the Assistant Manager, for making my shopping experience so pleasant! I’ll definitely be back.

When I say, I had a wonderful experience here at the croc store, I completely mean it. The crew was extremely helpful and kind and patient and lovely and beautiful and honestly, they were just so good to me and my kids. They answered my questions they inform me of the sizing Made sure that both kids have some space they can grow into their shoes just a little bit walked out four pairs of shoes, croc charms and was able to save a little bit under $100. It was all in all great experience. I just want to shout out Delia, Dolores, and Crystal for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and to make sure we left happy
